4. Grant claims and project monitoring

All funds must be claimed on the appropriate Grant Claim Form. You will receive copies of this Form when you are offered your grant. In general grant funds can only be claimed in arrears – although special arrangements may be made for payment in advance.

Once your project is underway your progress will be monitored. To enable us to do this we need regular information to let us see whether your particular grant conditions are being met.

Material illustrating your progress will also be requested – in particular ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures.
