The project area has grown

The Chalk Arc area now covers almost 100 square miles with more than 300,000 residents living there. The Team is encouraging ‘Green-Benefit’ projects throughout this area (especially in the priority zones which will undergo the greatest growth impact) in advance of housing growth to increase everyone’s quality of life

  At present the project area has been divided into four priority areas:

Leighton-Linslade
Chalk Arc GAF3 area B:
North Dunstable and Houghton Regis
Chalk Arc GAF3 area C:
South Dunstable and South Luton
Chalk Arc GAF3 area D:
North Luton and Chilterns
