4. Administering the project

All funds must be claimed on the appropriate Grant Claim Form. You will receive copies of this Form when you are offered your grant. In general grant funds can only be claimed in arrears – although special arrangements may be made for payment in advance.

Once the project is underway Chalk Arc will monitor your progress. To help Chalk Arc your project team will need to regularly provide information so as to allow us to determine whether your particular grant conditions are met.

Material illustrating your progress will also be requested – in particular ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures.
